Customer selects the shipping carrier of choice at the time of checkout.

Oceanblue Puppy Jungles is not responsible for any issues or delays incurred by the shipping carrier.

Any products arriving damaged by the shipping carrier are replaceable under their Terms & Conditions. Please contact us to have a claim filed with the shipping carrier.

Once a product has shipped, any delays or delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and all questions and concerns regarding the shipping process should be directed to the shipping carrier.
