Refund policy

The products sold by Oceanblue Puppy Jungles are handcrafted and made to order and therefore there are no refunds or exchanges. While we strive to build orders as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be built.

Any products arriving damaged by the shipping carrier are replaceable under the Terms & Conditions of the shipping carrier selected by customer at checkout. Once a product has shipped, any delays or delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier selected by customer at checkout and all questions and concerns regarding the shipping process should be directed to the shipping carrier.
